Trainers can capture and share their favorite memories in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon by using the Alola Photo Club feature.

This new feature is exclusive to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and allows you to take creative pictures in the game by allowing the use of props, environments, and camera angles to capture and share to friends.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon’s director, Kazumasa Iwao told Game Informer that they wanted to give players the opportunity to take pictures with Pokémon that they had a strong bond by allowing them to decorate and create those memories.

Players can also move their characters and the Pokémon’s placement around the frame, and for those who played Pokémon Sun and Moon, you will be able to transfer them over to take a lasting photo with them.

Not all the props and decorations are available from the beginning when using this new feature, although as you progress through the game, more items and decorations will be made available. “Based on your relationship with your Pokémon, you’ll see new items naturally”, Mr. Iwao told Game Informer.

Quite a unique feature and definitely one that many trainers including ourselves will appreciate. Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will launch on Nintendo 3DS on November 17th.
