Fans of the Pokemon series’ villains rejoice, as the latest trailer has shown off that Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will be bringing back nearly every main villain from its history as part of a new villainous team, Team Rainbow Rocket. Team Rainbow Rocket features the likes of Archie and Maxie from Gen 3,  Cyrus from Gen 4, Ghetsis from Gen 5, and Lysandre from Gen 6, with Gen 1’s big bad Giovanni serving as this mega-team’s leader. Interestingly, Archie and Maxie have their original Ruby and Sapphire designs, rather than their redesigns from the ORAS remake. It likely has something to do with Pokemon’s increasing focus on alternate universes, but we’ll have to wait and see.

Also revealed was a new postgame battle facility, the Battle Agency. Much like certain modes in Battle Frontiers in the past, the Battle Agency allows you to compete in set-level battles against tougher, more competitive opponents. Rather than bring your own Pokemon in, however, the Battle Agency requires you to learn on the fly, as you’ll be using a randomized set of three rented Pokemon rather than your own team. As usual, you’ll be able to earn points in the Battle Agency to exchange for items and prizes, like Gold Bottlecaps and Move Tutors.

Following that, Game Freak also announced that a ludicrous amount of Legendary Pokemon is going to be available via the game’s Ultra Wormhole system. Clips we saw in the trailer showed the player confronting fan-favorite legends from across the series in miniature dimensions all to their own. With the sheer amount of legendaries available, players are surely going to be kept busy for quite a while catching them all. That’s not the only special Pokemon either! By collecting new Totem Stickers scattered around Alola, you’ll also be able to add the much-desired Totem Pokemon to your party as well. Whether or not these Pokemon have their increased stats or not has yet to be seen, but the prospect of owning the oversized animals is exciting nonetheless.

Game Freak isn’t quite done yet either. After the hype from the trailer died down, Game Freak quietly announced that yet another information drop will be occurring November 10th, a week before the game’s release. With how much has been revealed already, one can’t help but wonder what surprises Game Freak has left in store. New Alola Forms? Perhaps another Ultra Beast? Regardless, we here at NinMobileNews will keep you posted on Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon news as it develops, including coverage of the upcoming information on the 10th. Stay tuned.
