Exciting news Pokémon GO Fans – Gen 3 may well be right around the corner! Today eagle-eyed members over at TheSilphRoad subreddit spotted an exciting teaser image up on the Apple Watch’s App Store, featuring none other than Gen 3 starters Treecko, Torchic, and Mudkip.
Niantic had previously mentioned that Gen 3 would be rolling out by the end of the year, and it looks like they’re holding true to their word. The last time we had new Pokémon added was during the past Halloween event, which added spooky ghost types Duskull, Dusclops, Shuppet, Banette, and Sableye. They were announced just three days before their release, so if an official announcement for Gen 3 is happening soon, chances are Gen 3 itself is not far behind.
