With the announcement of Dark Souls Remastered launching on Nintendo Switch, Bandai Namco has shared new details regarding the game and resolution for PC and consoles.

Dark Souls Remastered will beĀ upscaled at a 4K resolution, 60FPS when playing on PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, and Steam. For Nintendo Switch, Dark Souls will be playable at 30 FPS at a resolution of 1080p when playing docked.

Experience the rich world of DARK SOULS in upscaled 4K resolution with 60FPS when playing on a PlayStation 4 Pro system, Xbox One X, and STEAM. Also 1080p resolution with 30FPS is available when playing the game on Nintendo Switch with its TV mode. From their first timid steps to absolute mastery, players will build their characters by strategically adapting to daunting foes, exploring haunting locations, and amassing a large collection of weapons, armor, and magic spells to wield for a truly unique playstyle.

With this being the first time Dark Souls will be available in a portable system this is definitely great news and we can’t wait to check it out once it’s released.

Dark Souls Remastered will be available on May 25th for PS4, Xbox One X, Steam and Nintendo Switch.
