Capcom has officially announced a release date for the upcoming Mega Man Legacy CollectionMega Man Legacy Collection 2 for Nintendo Switch including additional information regarding amiibo support and new content coming for the games.

Mega Man Legacy Collection will include Mega Man’s original six adventures from the Nintendo Entertainment System with the option to create a save state just about anywhere, retry tricky sections as much as you like without having to start over, or simply pick up where you left off when you’re playing at home or on the go. Players will also have the ability to roll back gameplay in case you happen to jump and fall into a pit or die with the rewind feature.

The Mega Man Legacy Collection will also include a giant gallery library of concept sketches, box art, production art, songs from each game, and a collection of challenges. For those who own the Smash Bros – Mega Man or the Golden Mega Man amiibo from the Mega Man Legacy Collection – Collector’s Edition on Nintendo 3DS, you’ll also gain access to eleven additional fan-made challenges.

Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 is also amiibo compatible which will unlock new challenges for the collection which includes Mega Man 7-10. Both Mega Man 9 and 10 include all previously released DLC, giving you access to time attacks, bonus stages, and more.

Mega Man Legacy Collection ($14.99) and Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 ($19.99) will be available digitally and at retail on May 22nd. For those who choose to purchase both collections at retail in North America (MMLC on a cartridge and MMLC2 as a digital download), you’ll also receive an exclusive Mega Man 30th Anniversary cleaning cloth for $39.99.
