We’re officially a year in during the Switch’s lifetime and some players have noticed that their playtime history has been reverted back to zero. Nintendo addressed this concern by acknowledging the problem and promised to share more details about this newly found bug.
Nintendo of Japan has confirmed an upcoming update which will address this issue and it’ll properly display the correct playtime history. We’d like to point out that your playtime history has not been deleted and is still stored on your system. This update will be available in the future, however, an official timeframe is still unknown.
