As we approach the launch of Splatoon 2, more information has been revealed about its multiplayer online service, and the restrictions it will have for those who choose to rage-quit mid-game.

Unlike the original Splatoon, Splatoon 2 will detect when you’ve disconnected a match repetitively and it will temporarily block you from playing online for a while.

This is probably one of the best features added onto Splatoon 2, due to the game’s history with players who disconnect mid-game, making it unfair especially when you’re on your own in turf wars, or in ranked battles.

Let us know what you think of this new online restriction?
