Last week, fans went crazy after Blizzard released a tweet which featured a Diablo night light being repeatedly switched on and off. Many speculated that this could be some sort of indication that Diablo would be arriving on Nintendo Switch. After a few hours since the tweet was posted, Blizzard issued an official statement to address the hype.
“As of now, we do not have any current plans to announce Diablo for Switch,”
Sources close to Eurogamer have reported that Diablo 3 is indeed in production for Nintendo Switch and will be announced at a later date. It’s unknown whether the port will include the Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer expansions, however, this rumor should still be taken with a grain of salt.
