Officially Licensed Nintendo Switch Wired Controllers are now underway for Nintendo Switch, courtesy of Mew_The_Creator on Reddit. According to the user, “Nintendo sent them to our facility to produce product layout for stores so the actual controllers aren’t in there, but the product is confirmed.”
This is typical for retailers as they are provided with samples of upcoming products to feature them at their stores and from the looks of it, these GameCube styled controllers will come in two variations with Purple and Black color options.
In addition to new controllers, Power A will be manufacturing more Nintendo Switch Wired Controllers featuring artwork from their Super Mario line.
Currently, there is no further information as to when we’ll be seeing these at store shelves, however, the timing is perfect especially with the upcoming Super Smash Bros. title for Nintendo Switch.
