It’s officially one year since the launch of Nintendo Switch and Breath of the Wild in Japan. To commemorate its first anniversary, Nintendo has released new artwork for the game.

Nintendo looks back at the first year for Nintendo Switch and highlights upcoming games for early 2018.

As pointed out by Reset Era member, Executive Taxi, Nintendo Switch only records up to one year of playtime and eventually resets back to zero. 

Tribute Games have officially announced a release date for Flint Hook, arriving on March 9th for Nintendo Switch. The game will be released digitally next week and a physical release will be available at a later date from Limited Run Games. 

Last night, Nintendo announced that The Goby Arena will be playable later tonight. In addition to a new stage arriving in Splatoon 2, The Dark Tetra will be available as well. 

Fire Emblem Heroes won “Best Mobile Game Of The Year” at this year’s DICE Awards. To celebrate Nintendo has rewarded players with 20-free Orbs and 2018 feathers. 

Wall Street Journal’s Takashi Mochizuki has provided new information regarding Nintendo’s outlook for the hybrid console including new reports of more unannounced peripherals for the system. 

Last week we reported on a Google Ad listing that mentioned a Kirby Star Allies for Nintendo Switch demo, arriving this month. Today, Nintendo has officially confirmed this with a new announcement via Twitter.  

Nintendo will be releasing the Goby Arena, tomorrow in Splatoon 2 (11 AM JST/9 PM ET). The Goby Arena resembles a basketball court, even having hoops on either side for a safe spot to splat enemies.

Nintendo has removed customer reviews on the official Nintendo website and they’re currently evaluating its future rating functionality.
