The developers behind Overcooked confirmed today that they are working on a patch to improve the frame rate issues plaguing the Switch version.
The game, which released last week on Thursday, July 27, is currently being well-received despite the problems. Both the developers and Team 17, the game’s publisher, are actively collecting feedback from players to see what needs to be fixed. There is no date yet as to when the fix will be deployed.
Aside from frame rate problems, some players are also reporting input lag during gameplay. Neither the developers nor the publisher has acknowledged this problem quite yet.
