With the success of the Nintendo Switch, it’s no surprise that developers would want to create games on Nintendo’s newest hybrid system. As fans around the world are adopting the system, third-party developers are doing the same including Bandai Namco!

At a financial results briefing, translated by the Wallstreet Journal’s Takashi Mochizuki, Bandai Namco’s president, Mitsuaki Taguchi has expressed its support for Nintendo Switch and their regrets for not believing the system would be adopted so quickly by fans from the start.
We have put 3 games on the Switch so far and all of them are doing well. It’s a shame, but we didn’t think the Switch [would] be accepted this fast.
In addition to seeing a great success with games on Switch, Bandai Namco has also announced that they will be releasing three Nintendo Switch exclusives starting early next year!
It’s always great to see third-party games on Switch and we can’t wait to see more in the future!
