In the latest issue of Famitsu, several features have been confirmed to return in the upcoming Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition for Nintendo Switch. As translated by BlackKite on Twitter, Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will include a total of 29 playable characters from Hyrule Warriors Legends, including mid-battle character switching.
Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will also bring a full 3-D ‘My Fairy’ Mode and Ganon’s playable beast form, Challenge Mode (Removed from Hyrule Warriors Legends).
In addition to features, Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will include a local 2-player co-op mode on Nintendo Switch.
