Arc System Works America, Inc. revealed the patch notes for the latest update of BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle.
The majority of the patch involves balance changes to characters in the BlazBlue, Persona 4 Arena, UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH EXE:LATE, and RWBY universes. There have been changes to universal mechanics such as cross combos, astral heat, and resonance blaze as well. You can read the full patch notes on the Arc System Works website.
