The New York Toy Fair is notorious for revealing tons of brand new collectibles and toys for all Pokemon fans alike to bite down on, and this years’ is no different. Wicked Cool Toys presented a variety of brand new action figures based around the world of Pokémon all while sneaking in some brand new Detective Pikachu merchandise.

Pokémon fans rejoice, as there are a ton of exciting new figures and plush that are making their way down the pipeline. From an articulated Charizard action figure that launches fireballs from its mouth, including a Blastoise figure among others. More of a collector yourself? Don’t fret as these figures display very well with their likeliness to the actual Pokemon.

Their Detective Pikachu line is just as colorful as the detective himself, along with its very own plush and other plushies featuring Psyduck and Mr. Mime. The Detective Pikachu plush is rather special, as it comes fully packed with voice acting from Ryan Reynolds along with the “Pika Pika!” squeak. For cosplayer fans, a deerstalker cap with Pikachu ears will also be released with the rest of the line of toys.

On top of the previously mentioned new line of toys, they also announced an expansion into more collectible toys with the announcement of Pokémon Quest figurines. These somewhat resemble lifeless-emoji figures or Funko’s POP! line, which is the logical next step for Pokémon collectibles.

Will you be buying any of these newly announced toys and figurines, or will you be waiting for additional Detective Pikachu merchandise to be revealed? Let us know in the comments and stay tuned right here at NinMobileNews for all things Nintendo.
