Squadron 51 will be making its way later this year for Nintendo Switch.
The game will offer split-screen Joy-Con multiplayer gameplay and is based around flying planes in a 1950’s-esque atmosphere. In Squadron 51, you’ll take on extraterrestrial enemies in aircraft battles as you would in sci-fi movies. The aesthetic of the game is very unique, and it appears to perfectly capture the feel of a movie you would see at a drive-in.
The game will feature six levels with a variety of environments with four aircrafts available to choose from. The story is told by the cutscenes and dialogue between the pilot characters.
