SPOILERS AHEAD!
In the latest update for Breath of the Wild there’s a quest to get Rex’s outfit from Xenoblade Chronicles 2. The hints are pretty easy to figure out, but just in case you’re struggling we’ve got your back.
It must be night time for you to be able to find these.
Salvager Headware
The southern sky from the middle of the largest bridge.
Teleport to Lake Tower, near Lake Hylia, glide down to the fountain in the center and turn your gaze to the south. The red star will fall not too far away. Open up the chest for the headgear!
Salvager Vest
The eastern sky from the skull’s left eye.
Teleport to Zuna Kai Shrine at Skull Lake, turn your gaze to the east, and the red star will soon fall. Open up the chest for the Vest!
Salvager Trousers
The southeastern sky from the peak of the tall, pierced snowy mountain.
Teleport to Goma Asaagh Shrine, and climb to the top of Hebra Peak. Turn your gaze to the South East and the red star will fall a little bit down the mountain. Open up the chest for the trousers!
When equipped they give you Swim Speed Up and each give 5 armour. You unfortunately cannot upgrade them.
