Nintendo has filed a $40m lawsuit against Colopl, a Japanese mobile game company due to tech patent violations. According to Bloomberg’s Tech Reporter, Yuji Nakamura, Nintendo has sued since the company has violated 5 tech patent including the use of a Touch Panel to manipulate a joystick.
