Sources close to Nintendo World Report and Emily Rogers are reporting that Nintendo may have VR plans in the pipeline for Nintendo Switch. According to Emily Rogers, Nintendo’s first VR-related announcement could be coming as soon as this year.

According to Emily Rogers and ‘multiple sources’, “a small, select number of traditional first-party software titles may receive VR support in the not-so-distant future.”

As we wait for more information on upcoming releases and updates for Nintendo Switch, this would be a great addition as the Switch itself has been known to have VR-like features. If true, we hope Nintendo will outline their plans details on how this could work including the first-party titles that would receive such support. We want to remind our readers that this currently stands as a rumor and has not been officially announced or confirmed by Nintendo. Please take this information with a grain of salt.

We look forward to the future and let us know what you think about this possibility? For all things Nintendo, stay tuned to NinMobileNews.
