Capcom has released new information regarding its sales for the original Resident Evil Revelations on platforms including Nintendo Switch in their latest financial results briefing. According to the Q&A released by the company, Resident Evil: Revelations sold fairly well with the Switch version coming out superior with the most units sold.

The total sales numbers are somewhere around 500k units sold, with the Switch version selling nearly 250k copies for the original Resident Evil. Having around 500k total and half of those being on Switch is extremely solid. Hopefully, this opens the doors to more Capcom titles coming to the Switch, most importantly the rumored Resident Evil 2 remake.

As of now, Capcom is yet to share a detailed report of sales for Resident Evil Revelations 2, however, we’ll keep you updated once we have more information!
