With fans pleading for Devil May Cry 5 for Nintendo Switch, the game’s director, Hideaki Itsuno has shared his interest in bringing the game to Nintendo Switch with one caveat.

In an interview with German Magazine, M! Games, Itsuno revealed that they were very well in development with Devil May Cry 5 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. This was even before their team had Dev Kits for Nintendo Switch.

Itsuno shared that Capcom may consider porting the game on Nintendo Switch if Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen sells well on the platform.

If you’re a fan of the game and hope to see Devil May Cry 5 on Nintendo Switch, this is a way on how Capcom may gauge people’s interest in their titles on the platform.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen launches on April 12th for Nintendo Switch.
