Sensor Tower recently published in their blog that the Nintendo Switch Online app has been installed approximately 780,000 times worldwide, accounting for 17% of Switch owners.

Through their Store Intelligence product, Sensor Tower tracked the install base for Nintendo Switch Online since it release on both the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store. Their data revealed that about 400,000 Android users installed the app, while 380,000 iPhone users did the same. US and Japan led the initial surge of app installs, but the installations rapidly declined past July 22. Meanwhile, US App Store reviews rated the app as 28% positive, while Japanese players gave the app a 77% positive. To put things in perspective, there are currently about 5 million Switches sold worldwide.
