Last month, publisher Dark Horse Comics announced The Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia which will feature 320 pages with detailed descriptions among characters, including maps, illustrations and an exclusive interview with series producer Eiji Aonuma. Not only will The Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia be available in a standard hardcover format, it will also sold in a shiny gold deluxe edition, retailing for $80 in the US.
Covered in gold foil paper with embossed, debossed and textured features, The Legend Of Zelda Encyclopedia Deluxe Edition pays tribute to the very first game with its NES cartridge look. Included there is a black polypropylene sleeve lined with velvet flocking and a scale instruction booklet.
