Kenta Motokura, the director of Super Mario Odyssey has shared new information about the upcoming Super Mario Odyssey amiibo in a news post on the Nintendo eShop News Channel.
In this post, Mr. Motokura revealed that the Super Mario Odyssey amiibo will unlock wedding themed outfits that can be used during your adventures in-game, and more.

Today I would like to give you a closer look at three amiibo figures that will launch alongside the game on October 27: Mario, Peach, and Bowser. Don’t they look dapper?
These amiibo figures will give you wedding themed outfits that can be used during your adventures in the game. They can also help you in other ways, but I’ll talk about those details a little later. Please stay tuned!
We’ll just have to wait for more information in the coming months. Super Mario Odyssey, the Mario, Peach and Bowser amiibo will launch on October 27th for Nintendo Switch, later this year.
