The Super NES Classic Edition has been flying out of shelves in the last few days including at online retailers such as Best Buy, Amazon, and GameStop.
With the Super NES Classic Edition being released a few days ago, GameStop’s Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Bob Puzon announced in a new press release that the company is expecting additional units ‘very soon’.
“Nintendo has done it again! Customer demand for the SNES Classic was just like we expected. We sold out of our SNES Classic inventory within minutes in both our GameStop and ThinkGeek retail channels.
But customers shouldn’t worry. We’re getting more very soon. Once we do, our customers will be the first to know!
We’ll continue to monitor availability for the retro console and make sure to Follow us on Twitter for the latest news for everything Nintendo and the Super NES Classic Edition.
