Pokémon GO will be getting new Pokémon including a Halloween celebration in-game starting on October 20th at 12 P.M. PDT and will run until November 2 at 1 P.M. PDT.
Spooky Pokémon such as Gastly, Drowzee, Cubone among others will appear will during the event including Sableye, Banette, and a few other Ghost-type Pokémon originally discovered in the Hoenn region will be making their first-ever appearance in Pokémon GO. The rest of the Pokémon from Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire will arrive early December!
A special Pikachu will also appear in the Wild, celebrating the upcoming Pokémon Halloween Celebration! You can also dress your avatar by wearing Mimikyu’s Disguise Hat.
In addition to new outfits and Pokémon, players will also earn extra candy during the event with your Buddy Pokémon: Candy rewards from catching, hatching, and transferring Pokémon will be doubled, and your buddy will find Candy twice as fast during the Halloween celebration!
Special boxes from the in-game shop will also be available featuring Raid Passes and Super Incubators.
