Earlier this morning, we reported on a new issue that seemingly resets the Nintendo Switch playtime information after one year of use. As expected, some fans weren’t so happy with this news and Nintendo is aware of the issue. It appears this problem could be a bug, and the console is intended to save player playtimes for much longer than a year.
Some Nintendo Switch owners’ play activity information is displaying incorrectly. We are aware of the issue and we expect to have more information to share in the near future.
