The Pokémon Company announced today that subscribers to the Pokémon Bank service on Nintendo 3DS will find a special gift waiting for them. Everyone who subscribed to the storage solution before October 31, 2018 can add Decidueye, Incineroar, and Primarina to their Pokémon collection.

The three evolved Pokémon Sun & Moon starters each feature a special hidden ability not accessible in the base game. Decidueye’s “Long Reach” ability allows it to perform moves without taking damage from other Pokémon’s special abilities. Incineroar’s “Intimidate” lowers opponents’ attach when it enters a battle. Finally, Primarina features “Liquid Voice,” which makes all of its sound-based moves Water-type as well.

Pokémon Bank subscribers need only boot up the app in their 3DS console to see an alert about their new gift. Choose which game you want to send your new Pokémon, and they’ll be waiting for payers in the mystery gift section of that game.

The Pokémon Bank is an independent 3DS tool that allows Pokémon trainers to migrate Pokémon between game versions in the series. The service requires a yearly $4.99 USD subscription to access.
