NetherRealms Studios has cancelled a Mortal Kombat 11 livestream that was scheduled for today. The Kombat Kast is now scheduled for Tuesday, February 5, 2019.

NetherRealm Studios is based in Chicago, Illinois, where the weather is expected to reach dangerously low temperatures as a result of a polar vortex in the Midwest. NetherRealm Studios has made the right decision to cancel the stream in order to ensure the safety of their team.

The Kombat Kast has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 5th, at 3pm CST.

If you’re in the midwest, we are hoping you stay safe and warm during the polar vortex. Are you planning on buying Mortal Kombat 11 on Switch? Let us know.
