ARTE and Ludopium have teamed up to announce Vectronom, a psychedelic rhythm platformer with a colorful geometric aesthetic.

Vectronom challenges players to memorize visual patterns in order to solve puzzles specific to their environment. All of this happens to the rhythm of a beat, as obstacles and platforms move in sync with the music. As the game becomes more challenging, make sure your cube never loses the rhythm of the beat!

Check out some of Vectronom’s features:

Features

  • Challenging single player campaign
  • Each level features original electronic beats and a colorful, dynamic art style
  • Play with friends via local, drop-in/drop-out multiplayer
  • Level Editor – Create your own wacky levels using curated beats and challenge the world with never before seen rhythmic puzzles
  • Use alternate controllers like dance pads or MIDI instruments
  • Create your own soundtrack – hook up to an analogue synthesizer via the headphone output and compose live music as you play along

Vectronom releases on Nintendo Switch in Q2 2019.
