After disappearing for eight days, Team Instinct leader Spark will be returning home soon.
Spark’s disappearance was first reported by Reddit user /u/nikk2k, noting that their wide-grinning leader was not there to analyze their Rhyhorn’s statistics. Team Valor’s leader Candela showed up instead, prompting many to speculate (and joke) that Spark’s career was over. Some users even took to Twitter and tweeted fictional signs to help locate their beloved leader.
Niantic has since confirmed to Polygon that Spark will come back once the game receives another update, coming soon.
