Hulu developers have provided new updates on their subreddit regarding upcoming features and updates coming to the app. Live TV has been a requested feature for many users for a long time, and the first batch of 60fps channels are now available.

The following channels are included in the first batch of 60fps live TV streaming:

  • CNN
  • CNN International
  • HLN
  • TNT
  • TBS
  • TCM
  • TruTV
  • Cartoon Network
  • Adult Swim
  • All SHOWTIME channels
  • About half of our available FOX affiliates
  • All of our available NBC affiliates, as well as New England Channel News

Individual FOX/NBC affiliates may temporarily revert back to a 30fps version in order to have a stable playback stream.

As this is still in its early phases of testing, Nintendo Switch owners can now try the Live TV features on these select channels. Hulu promises to add more channels in the future as soon as they have perfected the 60FPS output.
