Update 11/8 @ 1:11 PM ET: My Nintendo Members who check-in and attend the Nintendo Switch Holiday Experiences are eligible to receive a My Nintendo rally towel, a My Nintendo pop socket, a Nintendo Switch tote bag, or Nintendo character stickers!


Nintendo will be bringing some Holiday cheer as they’ll be visiting select shopping centers all around the U.S. starting on Nov. 10, allowing fans to go hands-on with the latest and upcoming games for Nintendo Switch. The line-up of games will feature Super Smash Bros. UltimateSuper Mario PartyMario Kart 8 Deluxe, Just Dance 2019, Overcooked 2, Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! (playable on November 16th), among others.

In addition to these games, fans will also have the opportunity to try out a Nintendo Labo: Vehicle Kit and interact with a Fortnite-themed photo experience. Admission to the experience is free and everyone is welcome.

Fans can visit any of the participating Nintendo Switch Holiday Experience locations at the following shopping centers, starting Nov. 10 to Dec. 16:

  • Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia
  • Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois
  • Memorial City Mall in Houston, Texas*
  • Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, California
  • The Florida Mall in Orlando, Florida
  • Mall of America™ in Bloomington, Minnesota
  • Queens Center in Elmhurst, New York
  • King of Prussia Mall in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
  • Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale, Arizona
  • Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara, California
  • Tysons Corner Center in Tysons Corner, Virginia

*The Nintendo Switch Holiday Experience at the Memorial City Mall in Houston will start on Nov. 11.

Pokémon fans will also have the opportunity to play Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! for Nintendo Switch along with the new Poké Ball Plus accessory, giving you the opportunity to play as a real trainer with a Poké Ball. (Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! will be playable at the Nintendo Switch Holiday Experience starting on Nov. 16.)

The Nintendo Switch Holiday Experience will be open to the public from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. My Nintendo members can also check in with their My Nintendo QR pattern code to receive a holiday gift (while supplies last).

This is a great opportunity for those who’re interested in purchasing a Nintendo Switch system and are unsure as to what games they should pick-up for the Holidays. If you’re within any of the select cities for the Nintendo Switch Holiday Experience events, be sure to visit your local shopping center and check out any of the playable demos.
